Exercises:
Write a story about your the best celebration you have ever had; tell why this is your favorite.

• Think of a time when you were nervous. It might be your first plane ride or the first time you slept over night with a friend. Tell what happened and how you reacted.
• Write a fictional story about being an eyewitness at an historical event.

Find an example of a narrative; explain the elements that make this a good example.

Be Brave

When an English learner faced in a condition when he must speak in front of audience, he will feel petrified, tongue-tied and nervous. There are several ways to overcome nervousness when you have to do speech in front of audience.
First, control yourself. When you are able to control yourself, you will be able to do the rest.
Second, take a deep breath. This is a very good way to calm your nerve. Take three deep breaths before you step up to your audience.
Third, practice a lot. Language is a matter of habit. The more time you put efforts and practice in it, the better you will be at it. Do not hesitate to make mistake or you will never learn what you should learn.
The most important thing is...KEEP PRACTICING!
